Cambridge, 1930 to amend the International rules of botanical
nomenclature, ed. 2.
(the Brussels Rules).

Note: the Congress was held at Cambridge, but initially it had
been announced to be held in London (this can still be found
in some of the literature), the same location where the 1915
Congress had been scheduled.  However, there was indeed a
Congress in London, which did deal with nomenclature, but
this was in 1924, the Imperial Botanical Conference;  this laid
some of the groundwork for the reconciliation at Cambridge.

The IV IBC, Ithaca, 1926, undertook only preparatory actions.
